At Nosy-crafts, we take the same care with the expedition as with the cultivation of our land. Each package is prepared with a maximum protection requirement to guarantee the integrity of our natural treasures.

1. Delivery & Partner Zones
Local Delivery (Madagascar): We ensure regular shipments to major cities via our local partner carriers.

International Delivery: For our overseas customers, we use secure express courier services to ensure fast routing, especially for our precious oils and fine spices.

2. Preparation and Shipping Times
Reserve Products (Spices, Oils, Honeys): Shipping within 2 to 3 business days after order validation.

​

Seasonal products (fresh juices, fruits): Since these products are linked to the harvest cycles of our estate, the lead times may vary according to the maturity of the fruit in order to guarantee absolute freshness.

Transport Times:

Local: 24 to 72 hours depending on the destination.

International: 5 to 10 business days depending on customs formalities.

3. Eco-friendly packaging & protection
Zero Waste Commitment: We use natural and recyclable packaging materials, in line with our sustainable production methodology.

Fluid Protection: Our oil bottles (Foraha, Coco) and jars (Achards, Confitures) have a specific packing to avoid any risk of breakage or leakage during transport.

4. Port fees
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at the time of payment based on the total weight of the order and the destination area.

Transparent pricing is applied, with no hidden fees, in accordance with our rigorous management principles.

5. Tracking and traceability
Each shipment has a tracking number communicated upon departure of the package from the domain.
