One of our main reasons for being is to plant and process Foraha on the island of Sainte Marie in a sustainable, responsible and artisanal way.
This project is led by and for the community of Sainte Marie.
Regeneration: Strategic reforestation to stabilize soils
Reforestation on degraded land and coastal areas of Sainte Marie. Local nurseries, annual maintenance and responsible agroforestry management.
Local, artisanal, zero-waste processing
Extraction of vegetable oil and valorization of all by-products (cosmetics, artisanal dye, fertilizer, fuel) directly on the island.
Experience: Immersive tourism experience to embody the brand
Ecotourism circuits focusing on the culture and processing of the Foraha. Promotion of Sainte Marie as a 'sustainable destination' internationally.
