The Estate

The land is located on the northwest side of the island, a privileged area because it is more sheltered from the prevailing winds (trade winds) than the east coast.

The terrain is often rugged, with a succession of small hills and narrow valleys. On land covering several hectares, ridge areas offer views of the sea, while low-lying areas are more humid.
