Terms and conditions

1. Object and Identification
These GTCS govern the contractual relations between the Nosy-crafts domain and any person making a purchase on the site. Nosy-crafts operates an estate dedicated to agroforestry and artisanal processing of natural products in Madagascar.

2. Products and Availability

  • Nature of the products: Nosy-crafts offers vegetable oils (Foraha, Coco), spices, processed products (juices, jams, achards, dried fruits) as well as hand-embroidered decorative items (tablecloths).

  • Artisanal character: Due to their manual manufacture, our decorative items and processed products may have slight variations, ensuring their authenticity.

  • Seasonality: Fresh products and seasonal juices are subject to our estate’s harvest cycles and may be temporarily unavailable.

3. Ordering and Validation

  • Any order implies full acceptance of these GCS.

  • The contract is deemed to have been concluded after confirmation of payment by our services.

  • Nosy-crafts reserves the right to refuse any order for legitimate reasons (payment problem, previous dispute, stock shortage related to harvests).

4. Rates and Payment

  • Prices: Prices are indicated in local or international currency depending on your area, excluding shipping costs.

  • Taxes: Any customs duties or local import taxes for international shipments are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

  • Security: Payment is made by the secure means of payment indicated on the website at the time of ordering.

5. Delivery and Risk Transfer

  • Products are shipped in accordance with our Delivery Policy.

  • The transfer of risk (loss or damage) occurs at the moment when the buyer, or a third party designated by him, physically takes possession of the package.

  • We guarantee total traceability from our processing workshop to shipping.

6. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

  • Decorative Items (Tablecloths, Embroidery): In accordance with the legal deadlines, the buyer has a right of withdrawal, provided that the item is returned in its original condition.

  • Food and Cosmetics: For reasons of hygiene and health safety, the right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed products (oils, jars) once opened, nor to perishable goods (fruit juices, fresh produce).

7. Liability and Guarantees

  • Quality: Our products come from agroforestry crops without chemical inputs and are subject to rigorous control.

  • Use: Nosy-crafts can not be held responsible for damages resulting from misuse of products (improper storage of oils or perishables after receipt).

8. Data protection
The personal information collected is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, for the sole purpose of order management and traceability.

9. Disputes and Applicable Law

  • In case of a complaint, we always prefer an amicable solution faithful to our transparency ethics.

  • In the absence of an agreement, these GCS are subject to the law applicable in Madagascar.
