At Nosy-crafts, we put all our heart in the selection and preparation of our spices from our estate in Sainte-Marie. Given the perishable nature of our products, we have implemented a strict policy to ensure food safety and the viability of our craftsmanship.
1. Return Conditions
The right of return applies only in the following cases:
The product received does not match the order (reference error).
The product has a clear quality defect (excluding natural variations in color or size typical of artisanal products).
The original packaging is sealed and intact. For reasons of hygiene and food safety, any spice bag that has been opened, opened or whose guarantee seal has been broken may not be returned or exchanged.
2. Withdrawal period
In accordance with the practice of online commerce, you have a period of 14 calendar days after receipt of your package to inform us of your intention to return a product.
3. Return procedure
To make a return, you must:
Contact our customer service by email at nosy.crafts@gmail.com with a photo of the product and your order number.
After validation by us, ship the product in its original packaging.
Shipping costs: In accordance with our terms of sale, return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer. We advise you to use a tracking shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for the loss of the return package.
4. Reimbursement Terms
We do not process direct monetary refunds to the bank account. Once the return has been received and inspected by our team:
Commercial credit: The value of the returned product will be converted into a credit note (unique promotional code).
Use: This credit note will be automatically deducted from your next purchase on our online store.
Validity: This credit note is valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
5. Products Damaged during Transport
If your package arrives visibly damaged, we kindly ask you to refuse the delivery or to express clear reservations to the carrier. Contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damaged package so that we can find a suitable solution.
International delivery is only available by air. Shipping costs and customs duties are the responsibility of the customer.
